At Ayurveda Leaf, a unit of E Digital Media Solutions, we strive to provide seamless and efficient shipping services. Please review our shipping and cancellation policy below:

Shipping Policy:

• All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), and all payments will be processed in INR.
  
• We use a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India.
  
• Shipping within India may take up to 7 to 10 business days, depending on the state or area of delivery.
  
• Certain pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
  
• Orders below Rs. 599 are subject to a minimum shipping charge of Rs. 49.
  
• A minimal fee of Rs. 50 will be charged on all COD orders.
  
• We do not currently offer international shipping; purchases can only be delivered within India.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please register a complaint immediately as only one return or replacement will be allowed per order.
  
• Customers are advised not to accept any defective or damaged products upon delivery.
  

Offers & Promotional Codes:

• To apply a promotional code, users must be signed in and enter the code on the shopping bag page before checkout.
  
• Offer codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
  
• Only one offer code may be used per order, and codes do not apply to already discounted items.
  

Payment Options:

• Ayurveda Leaf only accepts payments via Razorpay.
  
• Customers are advised not to send credit card details via email, as email is not a secure method of transmitting such information.
  

Safe Shopping Guarantee:

• We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure secure transactions and data integrity for all online purchases.
  

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

• Upon successful order placement, customers will receive an order confirmation email with their order number.
  
• Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
  

Order Cancellation Policy:

• Requests to cancel an order will be considered but are not guaranteed.
  
• Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  

Order Cancellation by Ayurveda Leaf:

• Ayurveda Leaf reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
  • Product unavailability or temporary stock-out.
    
  • Limitations on quantity available for purchase.
    
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, or promotional information.
    
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address details.
    
  • Non-serviceable locations.
    
• If an order is cancelled post-payment, a full refund will be processed within 7-15 working days, depending on the customer’s bank.
  

Refunds & Discount Vouchers:

• Discount vouchers are for one-time use and will not be reinstated upon order cancellation.
  
• Loyalty points used during payment will be credited back in case of cancellation.
  
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 15 working days, based on the original payment method.
  
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  

Cancellation Before Shipment:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by contacting customer support at info@ayurvedaleaf.com.
  
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 15 business days.
  

Maximum Purchase Policy:

• Ayurveda Leaf products and services are intended for personal use only.
  
• If a customer exceeds the maximum purchase quantity, their order may be restricted for two weeks.
  
• Legal action will be taken against individuals found reselling Ayurveda Leaf products.
