Return & Refund Policy
At Ayurveda Leaf, a unit of E Digital Media Solutions, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, please note the following terms regarding returns and exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility:
- Once a product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
- We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in their original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition, with the original receipt and tags intact.
- An incorrect product has been delivered to the user, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- Any return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Exchange:
- If you encounter any issues or defects with the product, we will facilitate return and exchange within 7 days. To initiate this, please reach out to us via email at info@ayurvedaleaf.com within 24 hours from the receipt of the product.
- Our team will assess the product and shall contact you to verify any damages or defects before proceeding with a replacement.
- Return requests will be subject to verification and approval by Ayurveda Leaf.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange.
- Products damaged due to improper usage, neglect, or incorrect application are not covered by our return policy.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you qualify for a return or exchange.
- The shipping cost for free trials is also non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Products requested for return/exchange under this policy will be subject to quality inspection. If the product satisfies the inspection/testing, it will be exchanged or taken for return accordingly.
- Once a return is accepted, please allow 10-15 business days for your request to be processed. The full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued once your product is returned and inspected.
Refund Procedure:
- Refunds, if any, whether in the form of cash or credit in a wallet, will be processed within 7-21 working days from:
- The user providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund.
- Receipt of the product by the company.

- Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. However, there will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.
- There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discount has been applied to the order.
Non-Refundable Items:
- No refund shall be made for any products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in sellable condition.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on products after 7 days of delivery, unless damaged during shipment or if the product was sold in a defective condition.
- Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.
